Write to Let Go Back to the letter

Privacy

Your words stay on your device

What is saved

Only two preferences, and only in your browser (localStorage): your lighting choice ("by my hand" or "on its own") and whether the typing sound is on or off. They never leave your device. To clear them, delete this site's data in your browser settings.

Hosting

The site is delivered by Cloudflare, which necessarily processes technical request data, such as IP address, browser and time, to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. We see only aggregated traffic counts (for example, visits per country), never anything you write.

Changes

If any of this changes, this page will be updated first.

Formal information

This site is run from Brazil, so Brazilian law applies, mainly the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). If you live elsewhere, you may have similar rights under your own local law, in general terms.

Controller

Nebular Sistemas LTDA, CNPJ (Brazilian company number) 36.153.103/0001-39. Contact: hello@writetoletgo.com.

Data processed and purpose

Only technical access data (IP address, browser, date and time), to deliver the site and keep it secure. No letter data is processed, because it never reaches us.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 7, IX) for delivery and security logs.

Sharing and international transfer

This technical data is processed by Cloudflare, which operates a global network, so it may be transferred internationally (LGPD, art. 33). We do not sell or share data with anyone else.

Retention

Technical logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider. There is no letter data to retain.

Your rights

Under LGPD art. 18, you can ask to confirm whether data about you is processed, and to access, correct, anonymise or delete it, request portability, and learn who it is shared with, among other rights. Write to hello@writetoletgo.com, which is also our contact channel for data subjects. You can also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).

Children and teenagers

We collect no personal data from anyone, and the site needs no account or sign-up. Young people can use it, ideally with a parent or guardian aware.
